12V LiFePo4 Battery

This series of battery is the latest developing ones, It is the good ones to replace the traditional lead-acid batteries in the market.

The traditional lead acid battery only can do 60% DOD discharge current, but LiFePo4 battery can hold 100% DOD.

The traditional lead acid battery needs to do the maintenance after 1 year work, but LiFePo4 battery is free to maintenance.

LiFePo4 battery is also light nearly 40%-60% compared with the lead acid battery.1pcs 12V100Ah Lifepo4 battery is about 10kgs, but lead-acid battery is about 30kgs.

Lead acid battery has two different types, The power type only can hold the bigger power current, but it can not discharge deeply, such as the car startup power, a boat startup power and so on. The energy type only works as the storage power with the power function, such as UPS power, but LiFePo4 battery can combine two functions well in the application. It will save more space and weight in the small boat or small vehicle.

With the BMS technology developing, LiFePo4 battery can use max. 4pcs ones in series to get 48V directly, or connect max. 4pcs in parallel to get 4 times capacity.

LiFePo4 battery charge rate is fast. In AGV working system, it needs a fast charge system to make the robot to work on time. LiFePo4 battery can hold 0.5C-1C charge system in the application. A traditional AGM or GEL battery needs around 4-5hrs to charge from 60%-100%
